Japanese Dragonflies smashed South Korean Egis in Jeonju 107-77. The game without a history. Hiroshima D. led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Dragonflies outrebounded Egis 39-25 including 31 on the defensive glass. Dragonflies shot the lights out from three sinking 16 long-distance shots on high 55.2 percentage. The best player for the winners was American forward Dwayne Evans (201-1992, college: St.Louis, agency: Pensack Sports) who scored 24 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. The other American import forward Kerry Blackshear Jr (208-1997, college: Florida) chipped in 15 points and 9 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). American-Ivorian power forward Deon Thompson (204-1988, college: UNC, agency: Slash Sports) produced 18 points and 9 rebounds for the hosts. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. KCC Egis will have a break next week, which should allow them to rest in order to get back on the winning path. Hiroshima D. will try to continue on its current victory against Gorgan at home.

NS Matrix's coach tested twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Shabab Al Ahli will meet Al Riyadi in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. NS Matrix will play against Liaoning and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
